The main purpose  of the Teaching and Learning committee was to work in conjunction with staff in the monitoring and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. We have now decided to collapse this committee and instead  have delegated each SIP theme to individual governors who then report back to the full governing body at each meeting. We feel this will be a more efficient way to manage our school improvement plan.
